Authorization

I hereby authorize Rabbi Eliezer Dimarsky or anyone else he may designate, to sell my ‘chometz’ and/or mixtures containing ‘chometz’ which is at present at following address(s):
and consists of the items listed below* as well as the ‘chometz’ and/or mixtures containing ‘chometz’ that is in my possession (including all transit goods that should be delivered to me during the period of April 22, 2024 11:29 AM till April 30, 2024 8:48 PM Chicago time inclusive or, if I am in a different time zone for duration of Pesach, from 5th halachic hour of April 22 till halachic end of day of April 30 in the place where I am.) to a non-Jew of his choice. If after this sale takes effect, I decide to use the sold chometz, the value of chometz sold will be recalculated after Pesach. I also authorize Rabbi Eliezer Dimarsky or anyone he may designate to rent or sell the place where the above-mentioned goods are located. The buyer shall have free access to the ‘chometz’ and or mixtures containing ‘chometz’ acquired by him. The goods mentioned above have the approximate value of
The exact assessment of the quality and value of the goods mentioned above will take place after ‘Pesach’. The buyer’s deposit is to be paid to Rabbi Eliezer Dimarsky or whomever he may designate. The authorization is further legalized by ‘taking hold of the coat’.
* Type of ‘chometz’: i.e. baked goods, non-Pesach matzo flour, yeast, cereals, bread crumbs, groceries, gefilte fish, canned goods, tablets, medications, cosmetics, animal food containing ‘chometz’, alcohol in beverages, shares in ‘chometz’ companies, etc. as well as bits of ‘chometz’ which adhere to utensils (rice, corn, peas and beans do not have to be sold, although they are not allowed to be used)
